Flamenco Explained — Terms & Conditions (2026)

1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Flamenco Explained’s website, the Free Hub, the paid membership platform hosted on Membership.io, and our mobile apps that access the mobile version of our site (collectively, the “Service”).
1.2. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
1.3. We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect.
2. Access to the Service
2.1 Free Hub (no account required)
– Certain lessons, guides, and resources are available for free without creating an account.
– Access to Free Hub content does not create a customer relationship or a membership.
– We may update, add, or remove Free Hub content at our discretion.
2.2 Paid Membership (subscription required)
To access full lessons, courses, playlists, and premium features, you must:
– Create an account
– Purchase a paid subscription
– Maintain your subscription in good standing
There is no free membership tier.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
3.4. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
4.1. All subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
4.2. We do not handle or store your full payment card details.
4.3. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
4.4. You may cancel at any time prior to renewal to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
4.5. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4.6. If billing fails, access may be paused until the payment method is updated.
4.7. We may change subscription prices; if so, we will notify you before your next billing cycle.
5. Content Ownership and Licensing
5.1. All Flamenco Explained content is owned by Flamenco Explained LTD (Nevada, USA).
5.2. Paid subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
5.3. You may not:
– Share your login
– Repost or redistribute content
– Download or record content except where explicitly allowed
– Sell, publish, or publicly perform our materials
5.4. If you upload content, you grant us permission to display it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Break any laws while using the Service
– Attempt to copy, download, or scrape content
– Interfere with the Service
– Harass staff or users
– Use automated tools to extract or duplicate content
– Share your login information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Mobile App Use
7.1. Our mobile apps serve as gateways to the mobile version of our website.
7.2. The apps do not collect additional data beyond standard web browsing.
7.3. All features match the mobile website version.
8. Third-Party Services
We integrate with:

– Membership.io (hosting)
– Email providers
– Analytics tools
We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
9.1. The Service is provided “as is.”
9.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of Liability
Flamenco Explained LTD is not liable for:
– Loss of data

– Service downtime
– Indirect or incidental damages
– User errors

11. Termination

11.3. Upon termination, access to premium content ends immediately.
